Each year American Tourist has a different travel theme featuring places such as Austin, New York, Chicago, Paris, and even a tropical cruise. 2024’s theme will be “New Orleans,” and the event will feature a “Big Easy” themed Cajun food buffet catered by The Social Deck as well as salads provided by Hideaway Pizza, desserts by Francis Tuttle Culinary Arts, and drinks sponsored by Cannon & Associates.

“We are so excited to host American Tourist again this year,” proclaimed Periann Pulliam, Upward Transitions’ CEO. “Not only is this event critical to raising funds to help members of our community, but it is a wonderful way to share our mission and our clients’ stories with new supporter.”

Pulliam added the event still needed volunteers and interested individuals or groups could go online to upwardtransitions.org/americantourist to sign up.
