Upward Transitions is seeking an individual with excellent administrative and customer service skills who would be a good fit for a front office position.
The Intake Coordinator is the front-line administrative person for Upward Transitions. As the first point of contact, the Intake Coordinator conveys the image of Upward Transitions to the public and is essential to maintaining a professional and compassionate image in the community. This position provides high-level, confidential administrative support for the organization’s CEO, Program Directors, and staff with fund development, board relations, donor relations, fundraising events, client events, and program support. The Intake Coordinator reports directly to the Community Outreach Program Director.
The position is fulltime and pays between $14 and $16 per hour. It includes 12 paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance.
