Upward Transitions’ Board of Directors consists of 18 volunteer voting members. These professionals bring special knowledge, skills, resources, and contacts to their position on the Upward Transitions board. The board meets up to 12 times per year to govern through committees which oversee every aspect of the organization. 

Upward Transitions’ Board of Directors has all powers and authority which may be granted to a Board of Directors of a corporation under the laws of Oklahoma.
