At the heart of everything we do are neighbors who are trying to secure or maintain safety, housing, employment, and connections to care. This year, our team helped remove barriers to stable housing for more than 4,150 neighbors. We prevented evictions for 995 people in 343 households—ensuring families remain under one roof and helping children and seniors stay connected to nutrition, medical care, education, employment, and support systems. We also provided 1,929 vital identification documents to neighbors experiencing homelessness, opening doors to jobs, housing, benefits, and critical services. With more than 50 community partners beside us, we are meeting complex needs with compassion, coordination, and hope.

Every month, we ask our clients how they are doing. Their answers are a powerful reminder that behind every number is a person who wants to be seen, respected, and given a chance to rebuild: 94% report feeling more hopeful, 95% felt cared for and respected, and 79% feel more empowered.
