Upward Transitions invites you to make December a season of sharing for your staff to bring some holiday cheer, comfort, and kindness to those experiencing homelessness and poverty in our community.

From December 1st – December 22nd, place a large box in a common area, such as a break room or conference room and invite your employees and clients to place each day’s designated item into the Sharing Box. Upward Transitions will provide you with a poster to promote the event with a list of items as well as a copy for your email.

The list will also be available online, and on social media. Each day’s item will also be posted for those who want the fun of following along daily.

On or before December 23, 2024, between 8:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. bring your box of donations to our office or make arrangements for us to pick up your box from you.

We suggest that you come as a group, if you can, or gather as a group in your office to take a group photo for us to share on our social media and website to thank your staff and your organization. Some groups plan to wear holiday sweaters or other items on that day.

Upward Transitions will distribute your gifts to our clients and neighbors in need throughout the winter months and the coming year.
