Share the Love 2025 Donor Gift Page

All Donation Levels: may choose from the branded Upward Transitions graphics to share on social media, via email, or on your webpage.

Donations $25 and over: receive a special, personalized notice on the Upward Transitions social media pages that you have donated in the name of your loved one.

Donations $100 and over: can have a special, personalized Valentine sent in the mail to your loved one letting them know that you have donated in their name to help a family in need.
